These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") outline the agreement between you ("you" or "your") and Signature Transfers Ltd ("we" or "us") regarding our Minicab and Airport Transfer services. Booking a minicab with us signifies your acceptance of these Terms.

You are responsible for allocating enough travel time, especially for airport transfers with specific check-in deadlines. Signature Transfers Ltd is not liable for delays caused by insufficient time allocation or your unpreparedness at pickup.
Choose a car that comfortably accommodates all passengers and luggage. We cannot guarantee the transport of excessive luggage. Children of any age count as one passenger.
Indicate wheelchair access requirements at the time of booking.
We provide quotes based on the information you provide. Prices exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust the quote for significant itinerary changes.
Our quotes include a 45-minute airport waiting period and parking charges. Additional waiting incurs standard Signature Transfers Ltd waiting fees. We strive to adjust our service based on flight delays, but are not obligated to do so.
Upon accepting a quote, you will receive a confirmation for review. Please verify its accuracy. Failure to notify us of discrepancies may result in delays or additional costs.
We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards for payment.
You are responsible for the conduct of all passengers in the vehicle. We may charge cleaning costs for any soiling, damage, or negative impact caused by passengers.
Eating, drinking, and smoking are not allowed in the car.
All children must be secured in appropriate child restraints based on their age, weight, and height.
We cannot exceed the maximum passenger capacity allowed by licensing or insurance regulations.
Contact us immediately to cancel a booking. Cancellations after vehicle dispatch incur a charge based on the driver’s travel time and distance to the pickup location.
Cancellations before vehicle dispatch made through our online booking system may incur a charge on the original payment method.
While we strive for on-time arrivals, Signature Transfers Ltd is not liable for losses due to delays beyond our control. We will not be held responsible for any losses incurred by you or your business under any circumstances.
Your luggage is transported at your own risk.
In case of a vehicle breakdown, we will endeavor to provide an alternative car to complete your journey as soon as possible.
You agree to hold Signature Transfers Ltd harmless from any expenses, damages, costs, or losses arising from any action or omission by you or your party.
We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking with immediate effect if a passenger’s behavior (abuse, violence, or damage) puts the vehicle or driver at risk. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.
Signature Transfers Ltd may subcontract its obligations under this agreement. You cannot assign, delegate, or transfer any rights or obligations under this agreement.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on this page. Please review them regularly to stay informed. Existing bookings will be subject to the rates applicable at the time of booking.
We store, use, and process information in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1998.
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Signature Transfers Ltd and you.
These Terms do not confer any benefit on a third party. No third party has the right to enforce any provision of this agreement unless such agreement is in writing.
Any dispute or claim arising from or related to these Terms or the services provided must be made in writing within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Signature Transfers Ltd is not obligated to entertain claims or disputes submitted after this timeframe.
